GLAVIMANS & ASSOCIATES Is A Canberra Based Building Services Consultancy Providing Engineering Design And Advice Services In The Mechanical And Electrical And Energy Compliance Fields Which Has Been In Business Since 1990. We Would Advise Our MISSION STATEMENT And Focus As Follows:
- We Are A Practice That Aims To Provide A Focus On Providing Solutions That Are Economic And Practical Whilst Meeting All Client Expectations In Terms Of Performance For The Engineering Solutions Proposed.
- These Engineering Solutions Will Meet With The Full Compliance Of The Building Code Of Australia And Requirements Of The Nominated Certifiers.
- The Proposed Engineering Solutions Are Based On Our Knowledge Of The Building Industry And Currently Available Technologies However Should New Opportunities Present Themselves We Would Endeavour To Ensure They Are Also Analysed And Appropriate Advice Provided To Our Clients As To Their Suitability.

Contract Documentation Is Produced Which Generally Has The Following Elements Or As Outlined In The Client Brief:
- Drawings At 1:100 Scale With Full Legends And Notes
- Specifications Either D&C Or Full Design
- Use Our Building Services Experience In Many Other Projects To Benefit The Other Project Participants.
- Schematics As Required For Control And Electric Functions, Detailed Layouts Drawings Where Required
CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION
Contract Documentation Is Produced Which Generally Has The Following Elements Or As Outlined In The Client Brief:

All Designs Involve An Awareness Of Risk Management To Ensure That The Client Receives Designs That Involve Minimum Risk In Operation And Installation To The Client And Or Building.
The Procedures Followed Are As Per AS/NZS 4360 Risk Management.
